Role Requirements and Expectations

Minumum Requirements

We require a completed Call Centre qualification (NQF Level 4 or higher) from a recognised provider (e.g. INTEC, Damelin, Boston, etc.) and not a 3–5 day crash course. and have at least 1 year of hands-on call centre experience in a professional, high-volume environment. Short courses or theoretical training alone will not be sufficient.

  • Call centre training (inbound or outbound) and background in sales-driven environments.
  • Strong phone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Confident using CRM software, calendars, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail – errors are not acceptable in client-facing work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure.
  • Matric
  • Excellent English – both spoken and written

Advantageous : 

  • Previous experience in a law firm, medical practice, or similar professional service role.
  • Afrikaans language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and screen incoming calls professionally; ensure proper call transfers are announced. 
  • Manage bookings for client consultations using our CRM. 
  • Coordinate attorney, EA/AA availability and boardroom scheduling. 
  • Prepare and send accurate confirmation emails (including maps/directions). 
  • Make courtesy calls to active clients on a rotational basis. 
  • Complete post-consultation follow-up calls within 24–48 hours of each consult. 
  • Send reminders (email and phone) before all booked consultations. 
  • Handle client postponements or cancellations and ensure CRM reflects all updates. 
  • Maintain clear records and escalate any red flags to management. 
  • Uphold client dignity and firm reputation in every interaction.
