“It is not wisdom but Authority that makes a law.” ~ Thomas Hobbes
Born and brought up in Kwa-Zulu Natal where she completed her High School career and subsequently her tertiary education at UKZN; she then moved to Gauteng to spread her wings and broaden her horizons. For as long as she can remember, she has always been intrigued with the law and how it affects and regulates each and every South Africans life, yet so few understand and comprehend it. Through her extensive travels, she has been drawn to early youth development as a result of experiencing different cultures, traditions and lifestyles of people we know so little off. She has a great appreciation for diversity and for people of all walks of life and therefore regularly engages in charity work. Being a perfectionist is said to be her greatest weakness however, she is a firm believer of the Eisenhower Matrix and it is what gets her through tough days on the job. Apart from that, she is certain, that by having excellent communication skills is what makes things around the office smoother – as an attorney must be able to clearly articulate themselves both in written and verbal communication and have great analytical skills to make a solid call.
“If we desire respect for the law we must first make the law respectable.” ~ Louis D. Brandeis
